At the core of KC Hotel Manager is a custom built comprehensive reservations systems which allows you to view a calendar screen of all current and future reservations with colour coding to identify the status of each room. Rooms can be set to show unconfirmed reservations, confirmed reservations, occupied rooms, rooms in need of housekeeping and rooms free and ready for occupation all of which are updated automatically as bookings are made, guests check in and out and housekeeping perform their daily tasks.
A variety of tariffs can be set up and the system will then correctly calculate the price of the stay based on the time of the year, time of the week, rate of the room and any other tariffs that are applicable to your business. Specific facilities, room descriptions and features can be completely customised to your exact requirements, allowing you to simply look-up and allocate rooms depending on your own provisions i.e. sea view, balcony, wet room, or disabled facilities. Easy searches allow you to find customer records using the postcode finder and records can be found using a booking reference, date of booking, postcode or name of the guest.
