At educate2011 Steph Pogson from our KCPOS Support Team will be presenting a hints and tips session for KCPOS users. Steph presented a similar session last year which was received very well and we’re expecting this year’s to be just as popular again with many of the early registrations for the event opting for Steph’s presentation.

Hi Steph, please could you tell us a little bit about your role at HBP Group and with KCPOS?

I have been with HBP Group for over 13 years and have been involved with the KCPOS product from the initial concept.  I now help to run the Support team as well as providing consultancy to business’ to get the best from our solution, so I am aware of the day to day issues managers and users experience.

 

Hi Steph. What are the main topics you’ll be covering in your hints and tips seminar?

The seminar will be covering Forgotten Features of KCPOS – Balancing and Reconciliation of Cash – Reporting and Analysing the data in the system.

 

What sort of people would benefit most from attending? 

Management users, Administrators and anyone involved in the day to day management of the EPOS System

 

Are there any changes from last year that you think will be of particular interest to attendees?

Some of the points covered last year will be included in the seminar again as they still come up as support calls. But we will be concentrating more on functionality which will help better manage the EPOS systems both at the point of sale as well as the back end administration.
