London retail store, Iconic Images has recently implemented a new electronic point of sale (EPOS) system to improve their business processes.

Manager of Iconic Images, Matthew Soper, had little experience with retail systems when he opened the new souvenir and gift retail shop but recognised the need for an EPOS solution which would ensure the business was up to date with the latest technology.

“We needed a system which was robust, due to our location near the London Eye. The volume of visitors to the London attractions dramatically increases during peak seasons so we needed a system which was able to handle the high volume of transactions as well as remaining reliable.”
